User License Management

Custom fields are added to each employee record that store the following information:

• Last Login Date – the date/time of the last successful login
• License Type – whether this user is consuming a Full License or Employee Center license
• Date Access Given – the date/time, this user was last granted access
• Employee Center Login % – the percentage of successful logins using an Employee Center role versus a Full User role.

All of these data points can then be used to create reports, reminders, saved searches, SuiteAnalytic workbooks or any other type of visualization to help you quickly and easily analyze your Netsuite license spend. The bundle comes with detailed admin documentation, all the custom fields you will need, workflows to automate the calculation of each field and a few pre-built reports for you to get started with your analysis.
