The native VersaPay / SoluPay integration only creates payments in NetSuite and deposits funds in your bank account. With this NetSuite customization, we retrieve the settlement data daily from the VersaPay Merchant Gateway, then we match the payments to the batch deposits and then create a deposit in the correct bank account to ensure that the native NetSuite Bank Reconciliation process is much faster. You will no longer look at a deposit at your bank, the have to login to VersaPay to find the payments that were in that deposit and then manually create a deposit so that you have a matching transaction. Third parties bear full responsibility for the apps and services they provide, including any claims, warranties, or disputes arising from their use.
DubSuite provides access to Third-Party Apps and Services as a convenience. However, the decision to use any App or service is entirely at the discretion and risk of the user. Customers are solely responsible for conducting their own independent evaluations of the Third-Party Apps and Services offered through the Platform.
DubSuite shall not be held responsible for any issues, losses, or damages arising from the use of any App, service, or consultant discovered on DubSuite. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that any interactions, contracts, or agreements with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.
DubSuite makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided by third-party vendors or their Apps and services. The Platform and all Third-Party Apps and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DubSuite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform or any Third-Party Apps and Services listed therein.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of DubSuite or third-party vendors. You are not granted any right or license to use any of the aforementioned trademarks without prior written consent from the respective owner.
DubSuite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Utah, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
