DubSuite makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided by third-party vendors or their Apps and services. The Platform and all Third-Party Apps and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DubSuite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform or any Third-Party Apps and Services listed therein.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of DubSuite or third-party vendors. You are not granted any right or license to use any of the aforementioned trademarks without prior written consent from the respective owner.
DubSuite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Utah, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
