This Privacy Statement describes how DubSuite collects, uses, shares, stores, and otherwise processes information relating to individuals (“Personal Information”) when they visit or use the DubSuite website, marketplace, and related services (“Platform”).

This Privacy Statement applies when you:

  • visit or interact with the DubSuite Platform;
  • create or use a DubSuite account;
  • register as a Partner;
  • create, manage, or interact with a Partner profile or listing;
  • search for or view apps, products, consultants, firms, or services;
  • submit an inquiry or request to connect with a Partner;
  • communicate with DubSuite;
  • subscribe to DubSuite communications; or
  • otherwise interact with DubSuite where this Privacy Statement is referenced.

DubSuite is an independent marketplace that enables businesses to discover and connect with third-party Partners offering applications, software products, consulting, implementation, and related professional services.

This Privacy Statement applies to Personal Information processed by DubSuite. Independent Partners are responsible for their own privacy practices when they collect or receive Personal Information directly or through DubSuite.
The Personal Information we collect depends on how you interact with DubSuite.

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • name;
  • business email address;
  • telephone number;
  • company or organization;
  • job title or professional information;
  • country or location;
  • username and account information;
  • communications and support requests;
  • marketing preferences;
  • information submitted through forms; and
  • other information you choose to provide.

When you submit an inquiry regarding an app, product, consultant, firm, or service listed on DubSuite, we may collect:

  • company;
  • business contact information;
  • role or title;
  • information about your business requirements;
  • the Partner, app, product, or service you are interested in; and
  • other information you choose to include in your inquiry.
When a Partner registers or maintains a listing, we may collect:

  • Partner representative and account information;
  • business and contact information;
  • company or professional profile information;
  • applications, products, and services offered;
  • descriptions, capabilities, expertise, and qualifications;
  • logos, trademarks, images, videos, and other listing materials;
  • pricing or commercial information voluntarily provided for listing;
  • website and social media information; and
  • communications with DubSuite.

Information submitted by Partners for publication may be publicly displayed on the Platform.
When you use the Platform, DubSuite and service providers acting on our behalf may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • referring website or source;
  • pages viewed;
  • links and features used;
  • dates and times of access;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • session and authentication information; and
  • information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
DubSuite may use Personal Information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
  • create and administer user and Partner accounts;
  • authenticate users and maintain account security;
  • create, review, publish, and manage Partner profiles and listings;
  • enable marketplace search, browsing, and discovery;
  • process customer inquiries and requests;
  • connect customers with relevant Partners;
  • provide customer inquiry information to the Partner selected or requested by the customer;
  • communicate about accounts, listings, inquiries, and Platform activity;
  • provide support;
  • administer Partner participation in the marketplace;
  • personalize and improve user experiences;
  • understand Platform usage and performance;
  • maintain the security and integrity of DubSuite;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
  • enforce our Terms of Use, Partner Terms, and other applicable policies;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • send marketing and marketplace communications where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your preferences.
Connecting customers with relevant Partners is a core function of DubSuite.

When you submit an inquiry, request information, or ask to connect with a Partner, DubSuite may provide the information contained in your request to that Partner so the Partner can respond to you.

By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that the information you provide may be shared with the applicable Partner for this purpose.

Once Personal Information has been provided to an independent Partner, that Partner is responsible for its subsequent collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of the information in accordance with applicable law and its own privacy practices.

Partners receiving customer information through DubSuite are required under the DubSuite Partner Terms to protect customer information and use it for legitimate and authorized purposes.

DubSuite does not control the independent privacy practices of Partners.
DubSuite does not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. We may share Personal Information in the following circumstances:
We may share customer information with a Partner when you request information about, inquire about, or request a connection with that Partner or its app, product, or service.
We may share Personal Information with companies that provide services supporting DubSuite, including website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, security, account management, technical support, and other operational services.

These service providers may process Personal Information only as necessary to provide services to DubSuite and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may disclose Personal Information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law or legal process;
  • respond to lawful requests from public authorities;
  • investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • enforce our agreements, terms, and policies;
  • protect the rights, property, security, or safety of DubSuite, our users, Partners, or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or similar business transaction involving DubSuite.
Where permitted by applicable law, DubSuite may send communications concerning:

  • marketplace updates;
  • newly listed apps, products, or services;
  • Partners;
  • DubSuite news and announcements;
  • events or programs; and
  • other information that may be relevant to Platform users.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication or by contacting DubSuite.

Account verification, security notices, inquiry confirmations, listing notifications, and other transactional or service-related communications may continue where necessary to operate the Platform or provide requested services.

Submitting an inquiry to a Partner does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications from DubSuite.
DubSuite may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • operate essential Platform functionality;
  • authenticate users and maintain sessions;
  • remember preferences;
  • support security;
  • understand Platform usage and performance;
  • improve the user experience; and
  • support analytics or marketing functionality where enabled.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be subject to your choices.

Certain information submitted to DubSuite is intended to be publicly available.

For example, Partner profiles and listings may contain business names, professional information, product and service descriptions, logos, images, videos, expertise, qualifications, and other information submitted for publication.

Information published on the Platform may be viewed, indexed, copied, or otherwise accessed by third parties, including search engines.

Partners should not include confidential or sensitive Personal Information in publicly accessible listings.

DubSuite may contain links to or information about third-party websites, applications, products, services, and Partners.

These third parties operate independently from DubSuite and may collect or process Personal Information under their own privacy statements, terms, and practices.

DubSuite is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of independent third parties.

We encourage you to review the applicable privacy information before providing Personal Information directly to a third party.
DubSuite retains Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:

  • provide and maintain the Platform;
  • administer accounts and Partner relationships;
  • process and document customer inquiries;
  • maintain appropriate business records;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the relationship involved, applicable legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.

When Personal Information is no longer reasonably required, DubSuite may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.
DubSuite uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

DubSuite operates an online marketplace that may be accessed by customers and Partners in different countries. As a result, Personal Information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions other than the country where you reside, subject to applicable law.

  • request access to Personal Information we maintain about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate Personal Information;
