Customer Inquiries and Partner Data
A core function of DubSuite is enabling customers to submit inquiries and connect with independent Partners.
When a customer submits an inquiry, relevant information may be shared with the applicable Partner so that the Partner can respond to the request.
Partners are independent third parties and are responsible for protecting customer information they receive through DubSuite. Under the DubSuite Partner Terms, Partners are required to use customer information only for legitimate and authorized purposes, maintain appropriate safeguards, and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Once information has been provided to a Partner, the Partner is responsible for the security of that information within its own systems, applications, and business processes.

- responding appropriately to security incidents involving its products, services, or systems.

Where appropriate, DubSuite may investigate suspected unauthorized activity and restrict or suspend access to accounts, listings, or Platform functionality when reasonably necessary to protect DubSuite, customers, Partners, or other users.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, circumvent security measures, or use the Platform in a manner that creates an unreasonable security risk.
Where appropriate, DubSuite may investigate suspected unauthorized activity and restrict or suspend access to accounts, listings, or Platform functionality when reasonably necessary to protect DubSuite, customers, Partners, or other users.
